Did you know...
The liver performance panel uses samples from your blood test to accurately measure enzymes and proteins by our certified and experienced partner labs. Each lab has a different range for what is considered normal, and your lab report will show the range the lab uses. The “normal” range is just a guide. We have ensured that the variation is within acceptable ranges according to highly regulated lab standards. Your numbers are important, but they are just part of your overall health! We encourage you to share your results with your healthcare provider so they can provide you with more specific recommendations on any medication or lifestyle changes if needed.
If you are experiencing yellowing of skin and/or eyes, nausea, abdominal pain, swelling of the abdomen, swelling of the legs, oily/dark/black/tarry/bloody stools, vomiting blood, unexplained weight loss, confusion, weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, generalized/unexplained itching, unexplained bruising, or dark urine, we recommend an in-person evaluation.
Warning!
If you are experiencing any worrying symptoms or abdominal pain, please seek in-person medical attention right away.
